Quorus Raises $1.5 Million Pre-Seed Funding
Overview of the Quorus product and its benefits.

We are excited to announce that Quorus, a company dedicated to modernizing personalized investing, has raised $1.5 million in pre-seed funding.
We are thankful to partner with an incredible group of investors and operators, led by New Stack Ventures alongside Michael Elnick (Co-founder of Tegus) and Sean Hanlon (President of Hanlon Investment Management).
We will use the funding to expand our streamlined platform for creating and managing personalized investment accounts.
Individual, personalized investment accounts are replacing mutual Funds and ETFs
Personalized investment accounts are growing in popularity and are projected to be the fastest-growing investment product over the next five years. Unlike traditional mutual funds and ETFs, personalized accounts can offer investors better tax outcomes through tax-loss harvesting and the ability to align investments with their values, such as ESG criteria. Zero commission equity trades and fractional share stock ownership have removed the historical barriers to using this approach (cost and account size).
Asset management and financial advisory firms are not equipped to offer personalized investment management at scale. Unlike pooled investments like mutual funds and ETFs, personalized investing requires providers to manage individual accounts for each investor. As a result, firms that currently manage a few hundred accounts will need to support hundreds of thousands of individual investment accounts.
Introducing Quorus
Quorus offers a comprehensive, personalized investing solution for asset managers and financial advisors. Combining institutional-grade portfolio management practices and purpose-built technology, this turn-key solution enables asset managers to offer their investment strategies in a customizable format without the need to develop the technology or license it from a competitor. For financial advisors, Quorus simplifies the process of offering clients a highly personalized investment experience and eliminates the complexity of managing personalized accounts in-house.

With this funding, Quorus will expand our asset manager partnership network, increasing the selection of strategies on the Quorus platform. Additionally, Quorus will add functionality to the financial advisor portal and expand supported custodial platforms.
At Quorus, we are dedicated to partnering with asset managers and financial advisors to make their transition to personalized investing seamless and successful. We are investing heavily in our platform and are excited to drive innovation in the industry.
